Cross Roads Center
In the heart of Downtown San Marcos is the booming Cross Roads Center. Initially an HEB, this center has seen many updates in its time. Gus's Fried Chicken, Industry, Power Home and Remodeling, Little Ceasars, THRC, and Rocks Vitamins are all tenants in the Cross Roads Center.
Valentinos
Originally started in 1980, Valentinos has been a San Marcos staple for decades. After shutting its doors in 2018, Mark Shields bought the restaurant and reopened it under new management.
The Dub Apartments
In 2019, Primus Real Estate Services expanded into the Student Housing Market. The Dub is a three-building, seven-unit complex in the Baylor Bubble. After renovations, the Dub is leased and ready for students!
